Shipping policy

We are located in Germany and the US and ship WORLDWIDE! Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). 

Shipping times (not including processing time):

  • Germany: 1-2 business days (3.55€)
  • USA: 2-5 business days (price depends on location, c.a $5.20). SHIPPING FROM INSIDE THE USA
  • The rest of the EU: 3-7 business days (Flat rate: 3.55€)
  • UK: 5-7 business days (3.50£)
  • Canada: 5-9 business days (4.4$ CAD)
  • For the rest of the countries, check the exact shipping details during checkout.

"Affordable" shipping method doesn't include tracking. We also offer "Standard" shipping method which includes tracking and liability. Check it during checkout.

FREE "AFFORDABLE" SHIPPING on orders over 21.50€ or 19.90£ for the UK (will be applied automatically during checkout)

TAXES & DUTIES

For EU countries, the UK, and the US, the taxes are already included and you don't have to pay anything extra upon receiving your order.

‼️ Customers ordering from all other countries are responsible for paying their own customs duties and taxes that may be required by your country. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be returned back to us. You will receive a refund once the package is back in our hands. This refund will not include the shipping fee you paid at checkout

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order with aromapebbles.com, you'll receive an order confirmation email. The orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Sometimes it might take an extra 1 day when we have a lot of orders. After the shipment of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, containing details such as the tracking number if you picked a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Should you not receive these emails, please check your spam folder.

DELIVERY TIMES

You will find the estimated delivery times during checkout, after providing your delivery address. For orders to most EU countries, it usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive. To the US - 2-5 business days. Please see more specific delivery times according to your location during checkout. We ship with DHL and USPS to ensure the best delivery times and costs.

Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we are not responsible for the delays or problems with the delivery. 

COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING

Aromapebbles.com collaborates with trustworthy courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery. If you have picked a shipping method that includes a tracking number, shipping confirmation emails will contain a tracking link to follow your package's delivery. Be aware that tracking information might take 1-3 days to appear on the courier's website. And in case you picked the Affordable shipping method, you will not receive the tracking number, as it doesn't include tracking.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery, in which case the package won't be left at your doorstep without a signature. If you'll be unavailable to sign, you can arrange for someone else to do so or contact the courier company to make alternative delivery arrangements. Note that aromapebbles.com is not responsible for packages once delivered and signed for.

DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING

If a package appears damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact the courier company and aromapebbles.com at info@aromapebbles.com as soon as possible. We will assist you.

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact us at info@aromapebbles.com within 48 hours of receiving an incomplete or incorrect order, and we will handle shipping costs for missing or incomplete items or issue a refund if needed.

ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS

Ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout. Email us at info@aromapebbles.com within 12 hours if any errors are noticed, although we cannot guarantee changes after this time.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer. If returned, we can reship at the buyer’s expense.

DELAYED DELIVERY

Delays in delivery might occur due to factors beyond our control, but we will always strive to keep you updated and provide assistance.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost or stolen, contact us at info@aromapebbles.com, and we will assist. Note that aromapebbles.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping.

RETURNS
